I purchased a Ginkgo USB-CAN Bus Adapter and am having some difficulty getting it to work.  I am able to transmit Data frames onto the CAN Bus, but when I transmit a Remote frame I am unable to specify the data length (DLC) of the desired Data frame response.  Because of this, I am unable to request any data from my CAN Bus devices.

Is it possible that there is an updated driver or firmware that properly supports Remote frame with specified data length?
