BLE sniffer display time profile

sniffer time count methods:
1. when BLE sniffer power on (hardware), sniffer start time from 00:00:00.000 (hour:minute:second.milliseconds);
2. with WireShark, time display format could be selected by various method, choose "UTC time of day" is preferred;
