Crash after "Filter Setting/Auto Receive"
Hi view tool team,I have long time experience with Ginkgo USB-CAN Interface. Since it works great for me with all application I decided to buy a second one : Ginkgo CAN DB9 adapter
Sending messages with Ginkgo CAN DB9 adapter works fine, but when I select "Filter Setting" or "Auto Receive", Ginkgo app crashes. I tried with Windows 10 and Windows 7, different computers and the problem as ways there.
That was my device info:
21:52:50:434-->Information query success!
Product name : Ginkgo-CAN-Adaptor
Firmware version : 2.7.38
Hardware version : 2.1.0
I downgraded it to:
21:53:00:591-->Information query success!
Product name : Ginkgo-CAN-Adaptor
Firmware version : 2.7.37
Hardware version : 2.1.0
And now it works fine. Send/receive CAN messages.
Could you please verify this problem?
