1st,
    get firmware info by Bootloader app

2. Methods of setting different pull-up resistances for different products：
   Ginkgo III ：
   

   Mini I2C：
   

   2.3 Ginkgo:
       2.3.1, HW version 2.2.0:
      
       contect these jumper

       2.3.2. HW version 2.1.0:
      
       Connect the clock and data of the channel to pin5 or pin7 respectively.
       If you need the Alert pin of the PMBus, you can also use pin3.

If using our new version of PCB (Ginkgo III and Ginkgo series), there are three pins (1.8v, 3.3v, the PIN to be input) inside. If the required pull-up voltage is not 1.8v or 3.3v, such as 5v, you can directly connect the 5v voltage to the PIN to be input.
