Is there a GinkgoOne english manual? I'm trying to setup filters

I am trying to set up a filter in Options->Setting->Filter Setting and have been unsuccessful getting the fields correct.  May I have an example of settings to not display a certain CanID in the log?  Or perhaps could someone provide a link to an English language manual for the GinkgoOne test software?  Was a manual in my download package?
