where is Ginkgo_Driver.lib?

I bought the CAN Interface and it is working but the provided software USB-CAN Extend is limited and I would like to write my own application.
I am trying to run the Visual C sample program for the CAN Interface and Visual Studio complains that it cannot find Ginkgo_Driver.lib which is not part of the distribution.
How can I get this file?

Usually any application examples (source code available in our website) comes with dll and lib files.
