Having trouble sending data from the device even though the green light is on

I'm now having trouble sending data from the device even though the green light is on:

What does it mean when it failed? What should I fix/look into? Is there a user manual for the software I can reference?

   There are many video demos in website to introduce ViewTool Ginkgo USB CAN adapter usage.
   Please try:
   * Using self-test functionality to test item hardware is ok or not. (detail see video demo):

      (please try two mode: loopback mode without can bus connection, normal mode require H/L connection between CAN0 and CAN1 channel)
   * If about testing passed , then item should be ok in terms of hardware functionalilty;
   * If it's not ok, please using bootloader (inside GinkgoOne hardware info menu) to check it's firmware version (please let me know).
   * In case of item hardware ok, then need to pay attention on:
     1. 120 ohms connected
     2. another can node is working well
     3. try different baud rate (usually we verify on 500K)
